How i'm can play OpenLoco? in my case need much things and don't have much time in day daily i'm only need all complements please

Put OpenLoco files to the Locomotion installation dir and run openloco.exe

this is the context of the reason of the trouble of this game

Try use original drivers from your graphic card manufacturer (not the latest).

That's a strange name for a DLL file. I don't know much about Windows, but I'm pretty certain that (0xc000007b).dll does not belong into your game installation.

In fact, 0xc000007b is an exception code which can appear due to a number of reasons. Try reinstalling your .Net framework and your Visual C++ Redistributable package, and see if that helps.

Error 0XC000007B is possibly related with your VC++ libs for x64 OS that you have. You need to install both versions: x86 + x64 (VC_redist.x86.exe + VC_redist.x64.exe).
